Pre orders are through December 11th!
Pre orders will be given a small surprise for your planner.
Please note: All pre orders will be shipped by December 14th.
Do not worry, your 2021 planner does not start until a few days before 2021.
All orders placed after December 11th will follow normal shipping policies as written below.
Note: There will be no planner surprise for orders placed after December 11th.
All orders will be shipped within 2-3 days business days from the date of purchase. Please allow 5-7 business for arrival of your order from time of shipment, NOT from the date of purchase.
Due to COVID 19, shipping times may be longer than usual. If you have concerns with your shipping, please contact customerservice@versedplanning.com
Refunds:
All items are made, packed, and shipped with quality and care so NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON ITEMS. Please review product descriptions carefully and ensure you are sure of your merchandise.
With exception, and on a case by case basis only- any planner with damaged or missing parts upon arrival may be issued an exchange for another one (of the same planner) only after the merchandise is reviewed by the company, and approved.
